SO, WHO IS PACE?

We at Pace would like to introduce ourselves to you. We are a small independently owned business with diverse capabilities to fill the precision stamping, precision turning and the precision conventional industry. Since 1967 we have gained experience in the manufacturing services industry. Our most important asset is our “High-Tech” employees with close to 400 years of combined service and experience. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality generates the motivation to keep Pace up and into the future as new technologies and innovations come along.

Our capabilities in the precision stamping field include conventional, compound and progressive dies using OBI C-Frame and high-speed automatic presses. Tonnage available from 25T to 100T. We produce products with close tolerance and high intergerty while maintaining all Quality Control requirements throughout the entire operating procedure.

In the precision turning field we utilize the CNC technology on our production lathes to be able to produce close tolerance products while maintaining repeatability and adequate production speeds to hold down customer costs as well as manufacturing costs.

Also available is our CNC precision vertical milling process. We offer 3-axis operation utilizing our CNC controlled rotary device teamed with our milling centers.

Pace excells in close tolerence universal grinding. O.D. Grinding, basic contour grinding and standard flat grinding to fill the needs of industry in a variety of areas. Contact us for your grinding requirements.

Our conventional department allows for quick turn-around on die maintenance and product back-up support as well as creating a means to produce the low quantity, precision products that are required by industry today.

We also offer Mig, Tig and Stick welding in our fabricating department coupled with both ribbon and wire type silver soldering to create products and tooling as required by either our customers or us.

To round out our attributes we have both Sinker type and Traveling WIRE EDM equipment to fill any of our customer requirements and also to provide support for our facility.
